Chief Executive Officer
Andrew, a Mathematics teacher for thirty years before turning to property development in 2000, is the proprietor of the company. Although relatively new to the business of property investment and development, Andrew’s entrepreneurial spirit has seen him run several successful business ventures.

Martin Creelman
IT Manager & Project Manager
Martin, Andrew’s son, worked in the field of Information Technology for several companies before moving to Creelman in a full time capacity in 2002. Martin provides invaluable in-house IT expertise and is responsible for all phone and office infrastructure requirements. Martin also works as a project manager for Creelman.

Accounts Manager
Marie is the meticulous mind behind Creelman’s cash-flow success and has balanced the books from a fledgling home business to a commercial operation. Her attention to detail ensures every investor and employee is paid on time, every time.

Project Manager
Giles has returned to Perth after spending four years in London with his wife Helen. Giles’ role as Project Manager sees him sourcing business from land owners who want to have their land developed.

Pieter Overmeire
Management Accountant
Pieter Overmeire comes from a background in Engineering and Computing. He grew up in Belgium, learnt the rigours of practical project management in the computing industry in Canberra, Frankfurt and in Brussels, and more recently with Alcoa¹s corporate systems in Perth. In addition to his experience in computing and engineering, Pieter is also a qualified management accountant.

Project Manager
Joy Power is our project manager in Albany and comes to us with over thirty years of experience in the building industry with particular expertise in property design. Joy has worked in a number of architectural firms both in Perth and the South West and she has a keen eye for structural detail. Her local knowledge of Albany is of great benefit to our business expansion in the South West.
